Minimum group size is 10, so the suggested margin starts at ₹4,000 per session. You can charge more if the market supports it. Ashish's fee stays fixed at ₹100/head for the first 10 sessions.
Revenue Logic
During the pilot, Ashish costs you ₹100/head. You choose what to charge. Suggested: ₹500/head.
Your margin = (your selling price − ₹100) × participants
Example: 10 participants at ₹500 = ₹4,000 margin.
Example: 20 participants at ₹500 = ₹8,000 margin.
More participants = more margin.
